This year the League of Women Voters is recognizing Leagues' outstanding program work around work related to their voters service efforts. We had so many great projects that were submitted for awards. This years finalists emphasized their work around elections and advocacy, mobilizing their grassroots, and visibility while finding opportunities for organizational growth. We would like to commend all who sumbitted their projects and congratulate the 16 finalists. Each finalists' project has been posted for the public to vote for their favorite project; four winners will be chosen (one from each category listed below) and announced during the Banquet at the 2012 LWVUS National Convention.
