Biography: 
Jessica Lowe-Minor has worked in the nonprofit sector for over ten years, having served in both administrative and public policy roles. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Institute for Nonprofit Innovation and Excellence (INIE), a 501c3 created in 2014 to build capacity within nonprofits in North Florida and South Georgia. Before coming to INIE, she worked as the Live Free Campaign Director for Faith in Florida, a faith-based nonprofit representing over 130 congregations statewide. Prior to that, she served as the Executive Director of the League of Women Voters of Florida from 2010-2014. In that role, she supervised the agency's full and part-time staff, facilitated internal and external communications, operationalized strategy, developed systems to establish goals and track deliverables, and represented the League's interests before state and local elected officials, coalition partners, donors and others. Lowe-Minor's tenure at the Florida League contributed to a significant increase in organizational revenue (167%), membership (31%), and overall visibility. From 2005-2010, she lobbied at the Florida Capitol for a number of women’s organizations including the Business and Professional Women of Florida and the Florida National Organization for Women. Additionally, Lowe-Minor has a M.A. in women’s and gender studies via the Program in Interdisciplinary Humanities at Florida State University, and has taught classes at both FSU and Tallahassee Community College. She has been married to her husband, Rick, for six years and the pair have a two year-old daughter named Madeline.
