A federal judge ruled in Arizonans for Fair Representation v. Hobbs that Arizona cannot permit online signature collection for ballot petitions.

The League of Women Voters of Arizona filed an amicus brief in Arizonans for Fair Representation v. Hobbs, asking the state to permit online signature collection for ballot petitions via the state’s online system candidates for federal and state office use to collect signatures for nominating petitions.

Voting rights advocates celebrated an agreement requiring the State of Arizona to provide more effective voter registration services.

Arizonans who recently updated their address with the Motor Vehicles Division  may not have had their voter registration updated. Now is the time for voters to check their registration status.

The League of Women Voters of Arizona filed a lawsuit against the Arizona Secretary of State for violating the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).
