LWV Helping More Voters than Ever Get Ready and Vote

Press Release / Last Updated:

VOTE411.org Provides More Voter Information than Any Other Resource

Washington, DC – The League of Women Voters is proud to provide more voter-friendly information than any other election source through VOTE411.org, a nonpartisan "one-stop-shop" for all election related material.

So far in 2016, VOTE411.org has already seen more users than we did in all of 2012. And our busiest days are just ahead.

With less than two weeks until Election Day, more voters than ever are casting their ballots early, and they are turning to the League and VOTE411.org for their answers about:

  • Absentee and early voting information
  • Candidate and ballot measure information for every community in America
  • ID requirements
  • Polling place locations for early voting and Election Day

“The League is on target to help over 4 million voters this year through VOTE411.org alone,” said Chris Carson, president of the League of Women Voters of the United States.

By entering your home address on VOTE411.org, voters can learn about offices and ballot questions they will be voting on, and compare candidate responses to League questions.

The League of Women Voters is working in more than 700 communities, in every state, to help eligible Americans get ready to vote.
