Urge Biden to Publish the Equal Rights Amendment Immediately

In the United States, women are still not guaranteed equal rights. We have seen the devastating consequences of this reality. Yet, the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), which will update the US Constitution to protect the equality of rights under the law regardless of sex, can be added to the Constitution with one action. With just months left in office, we are urging President Biden to act to ensure that the ERA is published.

Urge President Biden to instruct the US Archivist to certify and publish the ERA in the Constitution!

Defend Equal Access to the Ballot

Every day, the freedom to vote is under attack. Since the Supreme Court decision of Shelby County v. Holder that gutted the Voting Rights Act (VRA), at least twenty-nine states have passed ninety-four laws that make it harder to vote, with the burden falling hardest on Black voters and other voters of color.

Urge Your Representatives to Prevent Voter Discrimination and Support the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act.

Protect Our Youth From Climate Change

Climate change and its effects threaten the physical, psychological, and economic well-being of our nation, particularly our youth.

Urge your Members of Congress to cosponsor the Children’s Fundamental Rights and Recovery Resolution to address climate change and protect our youth’s futures!

Tell Congress That Equality Belongs in the Constitution

More than 100 years after some women gained the right to vote, people in the United States are still not constitutionally guaranteed equality on the basis of sex. The Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) will update the US Constitution to protect the equality of rights under the law regardless of sex.

Contact Congress to ensure that the ERA is published

Support the Expansion of Voting Rights

Voting is a fundamental right, and all Americans deserve an equal opportunity to make their voices heard in our democracy.

Increased accessibility to the electoral process ensures that every eligible voter can exercise their right to vote. Congress must know how the people feel: empowering eligible voters to cast their ballot strengthens our democracy.

Please add your name to show Congress that we support voting rights!

Encourage Democrats and Republicans to Work Together for the Vote

The history of voting rights is largely one of bipartisan cooperation. We'd like to see the introduction of bipartisan legislation that includes expanding early voting, allowing no-excuse absentee voting, implementing automatic and online voter registration, improving operations of the Election Assistance Commission, improving language access, and ensuring proper voter list maintenance.

Tell Democrats and Republicans to work together on voting rights.

Root Out Dark Money

Contact your representatives today and tell them now is the time to root out dark money that has an increasing influence on our federal elections.
